Planet Group is a US based global recruitment firm working across multiple industries such as energy, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, consulting and creative. Consisting of a group of brands the business had an already well established profile in the US but wanted to grow its reputation across the UK and Europe.
From our early conversations with and getting to know the CEO, it was clear that what was required was much more than a design solution. What the business needed was a competitive advantage.
Our starting point was to identify a positioning that defined the business and provided a platform to achieve the opportunities it faced. The proposition, inspired by a research programme across all stakeholder groups, differentiates the business and creates a real statement about the type of the business they are as a group yet allows the individual businesses to have their own identity within the collective. The subsequent creative execution is an expression of each businesses personality within a consistent framework.
